Dear the generations of officers, employees working for Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group,
This year, we celebrate the founding of Vietnam Oil and Gas General Department (Petrovietnam) in a difficult situation in which Vietnam has been fighting the covid-19 pandemic. Looking back on 46 years of history, the Oil and Gas industry has witnessed such strong development thank to the huge contribution of our essential workers who constantly overcome many challenges to fulfill their tasks. This power comes from sticking to the tradition and strong work ethic of our petroleum workers..
Let’s building memories with gratitude for the past. Today the best way to pay tribute to the predecessor generations is to embrace thetradition and culture of oil and gas industry, to work with the motto "Consolidation – Discipline – Creativity – Efficiency”, to continually build up your aspiration, ideal, knowledge, and keep your faith to fulfill your responsibility to seekoil, to develop the energy chain and enrich our country.
Right now, cadres, party members and employees of the Oil and Gas industry can confidently and proudly report to the Party, the State, the people and the predecessor generations of the Oil and Gas industry, that we have been steady in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic and market volatility. On all drilling rigs, projects, construction sites, oil and gas operations facilities, oil and gas officials and workers actively pioneer the implementation of the vaccine and 5K campaign vaccine, as well as many innovative and drastic measures to maintain their normal, safe and stable operation status; not to break the production chain, ensure the supply of strategic goods and contribute to market stabilization, actively maintain energy and food security, make high contributions to the State budget and contribute to national security at sea.
Taking this opportunity, I propose that the levels of trustees, units and organizations in the whole corporation and maintain stable, safe, and effective production and business. We should focus on encouraging, andcaring for our workers, caring for our retirement forces, so that we can get through and win the Covid-19 pandemic.
