I. Đăng ký trên Cổng tuyển sinh của Bộ GD&ĐT
Thí sinh có thể đăng ký tuyển sinh hệ liên kết của PVU trên Cổng thông tin tuyển sinh của Bộ GD&ĐT với trình tự, thủ tục giống như đăng ký tuyển sinh hệ đại học chính quy của PVU. Trong đó, sử dụng các mã ngành tuyển sinh của hệ liên kết: Ngành Kỹ thuật Hóa học hệ liên kết (7520301_LK); Ngành Kỹ thuật Dầu khí (7520604_LK); Ngành Khoa học Trái đất/chuyên ngành Địa Vật lý Dầu khí (7520501_LK)
I. Đăng ký trực tiếp với PVU
Thí sinh có thể đăng ký tuyển sinh hệ liên kết trực tiếp với PVU theo các bước sau:
1. Đăng ký Ngành liên kết đào tạo trực tuyến trên Website: Link
2. Nộp hồ sơ gồm:
+ Đối với sinh viên đang học đại học: Xác nhận sinh viên của trường ĐH đang theo học; học bạ (bản copy); bảng điểm học ĐH (đến thời điểm đăng ký); chứng nhận kết quả thi THPT QG (bản copy); chứng chỉ tiếng Anh Quốc tế (nếu có). Trường hợp đang là sinh viên đại học chính quy PVU không yêu cẩu các thủ tục này.
+ Đối với học sinh PTTH: Học bạ (bản copy); chứng chỉ tiếng Anh Quốc tế (nếu có); chứng nhận kết quả thi THPT QG (bản copy) đối với học sinh đã tốt nghiệp THPT.
